Welcome to my totally free intro to yoga series. This series is much different than other yoga challenges you’ll find out there for a few reasons. The first is that I wanted to make a totally inclusive series that anyone with any movement ability could participate in. For that reason I made videos for this series that can be done on the floor or on the chair. Each day you’ll receive an email with both videos and you can select what you want to do. The other reason this series is so different is we don’t just focus on the physical aspects of yoga. This series is about moving mindfully, not building muscle or conquering some specific pose that requires Olympic gymnast level flexibility. The goal of the physical movement is to help you figure out how it feels to move in your body today.

Mindful movement is the gateway to being able to access the deeper, more powerful aspects that yoga has to offer. It doesn’t matter if you get started in a chair or on the floor, just get started.
