What is the Stressed Out Moms Club?

It's a community of mama's struggling with mental overload who are trying to figure out how to better take care of themselves.  You can join for a monthly workshop that includes guided discussion, restorative yoga, and community.  Or you can take my self-paced online course that will help you discover the tools you need to better care for you!
